1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Line Code (“Line Code”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website https://www.line-code.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description

Line Code provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web and Mobile Application Development
• SaaS Solutions and AI Implementation
• UI/UX Design and Prototyping
• Digital Marketing and Strategy
• IT Consulting and Managed Services

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information and materials required for projects.
• Confirm legal ownership or rights to all content submitted to Line Code.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Line Code.

4. Project Delivery & Data Retention

Upon formal delivery and final payment of a project, Line Code transfers the agreed-upon ownership of deliverables to the client. Line Code does not retain any client project data, files, credentials, or access after project closure, except as required for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Payments & Billing

• Fees are based on the project scope or selected subscription plans.
• Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Failure to process payments may result in service suspension or delay in project delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, designs, and materials developed by Line Code prior to or independent of a client project remain the exclusive property of Line Code. Clients are granted rights to final deliverables as defined in their respective service agreements.

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Line Code reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Line Code is not liable for:

• Any third-party platform failures, hosting issues, or expired services.
• Business losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
• Legal or policy issues arising from content provided by the client.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

Users and clients agree to indemnify and hold Line Code harmless against any claims, damages, or legal issues resulting from their breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Line Code operates (India/Canada), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
